PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR NORTH-SOUTH CORRIDOR (PACAKAGE C)- Contract N1056C

The proposed 21.5km long NSC runs along the existing road corridor between ECP and Admiralty Road West. It will have grade-separated carriageways on the viaduct and tunnel largely dual 3-lanes; except for the stretch of CTE and PIE where it will be dual 4 lanes. The NSC, which is scheduled to complete in end year 2026, will also feature bus priority and active mobility measures. 

The tunnel section of the NSC is 12.3km long. For operation of the tunnel, 5 (five) facility buildings will be provided at Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West, Marymount Road, PIE (Thomson Flyover), Kampong Java Road and Nicoll Highway. The remaining 9.2km is elevated viaduct and at-grade roads.

Contract N1056 is for the provision of Project Management Services for North South Corridor. There are 10 civil contracts for the construction of the tunnel section and 3 civil contracts for the construction of the elevated viaduct and at-grade roads and other supporting contracts such as provision of cladding system, provision of doors and ironmongery, etc.

Contract N1056C is for the provision of full-time personnel to be stationed on site for the construction supervision and project management of all civil, structural, geotechnical and architectural works under the civil contract(s) – N110, N111, N112, N113 and N115.

  • N110-Design and Construction of North-South Corridor (Tunnel) between Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 and Ang Mo Kio Ave 9
  • N111- Design and Construction of North-South Corridor (Tunnel and Viaduct) between Ang Mo Kio Ave 9 and Sg Seletar
  • N112- Design and Construction of North South Corridor (Viaduct) between SG Seletar and Yishun Ave 5
  • N113- Design and Construction of North-South Corridor (Viaduct) Between Yishun Ave 6 and Woodlands Ave 10
  • N115-Design and Construction of North-South Corridor (Viaduct) Between Woodlands Ave 10 and Admiralty Road West
