Our Architectural Department is capable of providing full-scope architectural consultancy services to our clients during all phases of new construction projects, as well as for renovations and additions works, from development of design brief, concept design,
design development, tender & contract documentation,contract administration, project management, to submission for authorities’ clearances and arrangement for authorities’ inspections.

Throughout the years, we have worked closely with our in-house structural engineers, interior designers and quantity surveyors to complete various types of projects, from residential, industrial, institutional, religious to public infrastructure projects, for a wide range of clients, including public entities and private clients.

We begin our design process by addressing our clients’ requirements, taking into consideration of the site context, nature and architecture. We assist our clients to employ suitable contractors, and work closely with all parties to resolve any problems encounter during construction, so as to deliver the projects to our clients.

We strive for simplicity in design and form, but interesting architectural spatial and visual experience. With the aim to always achieve a modern, climatically responsive architecture that stands the test of time. It is also our endeavour to enhance the value of existing architectures for our clients with redefined space while preserving their distinctiveness.
