Besides the engineering design consultancy services, R.J. Crocker Consultants Pte Ltd (RJC) is also established in providing construction supervision services since year 2010.

Ours services cover mainly the construction of infrastructure works (permanent and temporary works) especially LTA projects, typically listed as follows:

The scope of our construction supervision service shall include but not limited to the following:
• Application of Permit to Commence Work (by QPS)
• Supervision of Site Construction Work
• Supervision of Yard Fabrication (QAQC)
• Witness of Tests
• Independent Checking Services (on Contractor’s Design)
• Coordination with Client, QP(D) and Contractor for any Technical Issues or Non-compliances
• Review Constructor’s Submissions (Materials, MOS, RA & I&M etc.)

Over the years, RJC has accumulated many proven construction supervision track records for numerous major government and private projects, e.g., LTA Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE, in charge 3 of total 6 Contracts), North-South-Corridor (N1081), Jurong Region Line (J1021), Cross Island Line (CR1101), CAG ARC Taxiway project, etc. The total manpower deployed on current QPS sites has reached 180 including QP(S), QP(Geo), REs, RTOs, and Admin staff etc.
RJC fully understands that safety is always the number one priority for construction supervision, in year 2023, RJC has been awarded QPS Safety Award at ASAC 2023 by LTA due to the excellent performance in supervising Contract N1081.

In the world of the ever-growing construction site industry, the government is encouraging the adoption of new technology in construction field, which has already lagged than other industries. RJC is aware this trend and has been collaborating with other vendors to explore smart-drone technology combined with AI system to be used for construction supervision to increase the efficiency, reduce expenses, improve safety standards and increase data accuracy.
