The T5 Substructure Main Contract is part of the Changi East Development at Singapore Changi Airport. This Contract is for the appointment of a Consultant for Qualified Site Supervision Services, Safety Supervision Services and Project Support Staff for the T5 Substructure main contracts and all other associated works. RJC has been awarded the package for Safety Supervision Services.
