Provision of Qualified Site Supervision (QSS) Services and Site Safety Supervision (SSS) Services for T5 Early Civil Works and Airside Road Connection (ARC) M&E Works

 

The T5 Early Civil Works and Airside Road Connection (ARC) M&E Works are part of the Changi East Development at Singapore Changi Airport to cater for airport expansion. This Contract comprises of separate construction contract packages as follows:

 

  • Early Remote Stand (ERS) and Changi East Industrial Zone (CEIZ) Infrastructure
  • Landside Ground Improvement Work (GIW)
  • South Sewer
  • T5 Mock-up Centre with Roof Prototype
  • ARC M&E Works

 

Contract Duration: 103 months

Commencement Date: April 2025

Estimated Project Completion Date: November 2033
